Sky has been created using material from a kilt. This Nova Scotia tartan is blues and greens with a hint of yellow and white. The base is from a brilliant blue wool blanket and the top trim is from a scarf. The lining is a light cream cotton canvas. The base is constructed to stand on its own but it also folds flat when not in use.
