We’re starting to enjoy some cooler weather in the mornings and that’s when our woolly products really warm hearts and hands.

Everything we make is by repurposing wool from used clothing. We love discovering beautiful fabrics and upcycling them into something new. This provides us with endless colour combinations and textures that makes each item unique. Everything is designed and sewn by us in Edmonton.

In late November 2013, we began sewing mittens from recycled wool sweaters as a fund raiser for a once in a lifetime charity bike ride the following year. We reached our goal and then rode 1800 kms home from Haida Gwaii, BC with a custom carved totem pole, which you can now see at the Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton. The demand for these mittens and the amount of fun we had creating these little works of art moved us, literally, and after much deliberation, we created the jj wool company!
But we haven’t just stood still… we continue to ride our bikes everywhere and are constantly inspired by the variety of gorgeous wool garments we've found. We've created a whole bunch of new clothing and accessories... from our ‘get your ass outside’ sweater skirts to the smallest of zip cases.

We offer free local delivery, sometimes by bike, in the Edmonton area. Curb side pick-up is always available at 9516-86 avenue.
Currently only shipping to Canadian addresses, $10 flat rate.
