This skirt is born from a deep loden green boiled wool cardigan. There are metal buttons down the front and two lower pockets embellished with leaves. The edges are overcast with a type of blanket stitch in a wool yarn .There is an additional handy back patch pocket. ( Also with leaf applique)
Worn just below the waist, the skirt tends to fall a couple of inches above the knee, shorter if you’re tall.The drawstring waistband is adjustable.
Measurements: Hips 41" Length 19" Sweater weight is heavy with about 2-3" of stretchability.
Care for your skirt: Hand wash or machine wash on gentle in cool water and hang to dry. Do not put the skirt in the dryer. Steam press with an iron if needed.
